Adjustments to css layout
Added vertical check list
Added custom CBS_R measure question type ** need to add some kind of markup for user input!
Changed plugins to require placing them in the Bin directory (too rushed to properly handle plugins)
Added additional layout containers in the standard question controls
Increased size of fields in the answer object type database table and rebuilt DAL
